Motorcycle Dash Cams Australia
On a bike you’re the one most likely to get hurt and the least likely to be believed. A motorcycle dash cam gives you the evidence, front and rear. The F26 Motorcycle Dashcam ($500) records Full HD front and rear on Sony IMX307 sensors, with IP68-rated cameras that handle rain, dust and a wash, a Wi-Fi app for reviewing clips on the roadside, and 12 to 24V power for most bikes.
Why a motorcycle dash cam is different
A car camera lives in a sealed cabin. A bike camera lives in the weather, with constant vibration, heat off the engine and the odd knock. So the cameras and cabling need to be sealed, the mounts need to stay put, and the power has to come off the bike’s own electrics.

Waterproofing: what IP68 covers
On the F26 the two cameras, the GPS module and the control button are IP68 rated, so they cope with rain and a hose-down. The main recording unit is designed to be tucked away under the seat or in a dry compartment, which is where it should go.
Mounting and vibration
Bikes vibrate far more than cars, which can shake footage or loosen a camera. The F26 comes with L-brackets and screws for a solid mount, plus tape and velcro for the main unit. Screw-mounted is our recommendation on anything you ride hard.
Powering it
The F26 wires into the bike’s electrics (12 to 24V) so it starts with the ignition. Cable routing on a bike is tight and exposed, so sealed connections matter. If you’re not comfortable pulling panels, have it fitted.
